Your Rights
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have 7 days to change your mind about Online/mail order purchases (except auction items and business to business transactions).
If you have selected an incorrect delivery option for your order, it will be refunded. If you wish to purchase the items you will need to purchase them again and select the correct option.
Shipping Your Items
Goods are normally dispatched within two-three working days of payment clearing (Before 3pm). If paying by cheque, please allow 5 working days for clearance and then add Royal Mail delivery times both ways.
During school holidays orders will take a little longer to process.
Your items will be sent in the most appropriate packaging to protect them during transit. In the unlikely event that your items are damaged during posting please contact us as soon as possible, but no later than 7 days.
If we have sent you the wrong items, please contact us as soon as you have received them on 020 8715 9417.
We will always rectify the situation and reimburse the cost of your sending the incorrect items back to you.
